Nip-Tide is located on a nice corner lot just a 12-14 min. walk to the beach or a 5 min golf car ride . Our home is immaculate and the ideal place for a family of 4-6 to make special memories as soon as you step inside to our nautical decor .You will appreciate the nice covered wrap around porch in any weather. Roomy completely equipped kitchen including Keurig and full size coffee maker as well as toaster, crock pot and microwave . Full size stove , dinette seating as well as nice bar area with bay window. Gas grille for outdoor cooking . Cavernous 2 bedrooms one with king size bed and one with queen . There is a full size pull out sleeper couch as well as a portable pack / play crib for your little ones . You must bring bed linens, towels (or you can rent through OL) and paper products . Two full baths 1 with step in shower and 1 with tub/shower combination. There is a full size washer / dryer for your convenience.

We are a pet complimentary home and no smoking or vaping in home or loud events on premises.
