It’s a beach home with great ocean vistas and a three min. walk to the beach. ALL potential guests must speak directly with us within 24 hours of reservation requests. Must be at least 30 years of age to rent. Primary guest must be in attendance for entirety of stay. (STRICTLY ENFORCED) 5 bed/3 bath Sleeps 10. Parking for 3 cars under home. Additional cars must park in overflow lot. No trailers allowed under home. Smoking and vaping not allowed inside home. No family pets allowed.
Linens include bed linens and pillows, bath towels, wash cloths, and hand towels. GOLF CARTS - Custom 4 seat golf cart for additional fee (*Operators 25+ with valid license only - STRICTLY ENFORCED). Ocean Lakes charges fee of $12 per day/per car* to access community. *Fees subject to change at any time. Main level features open floor plan with 10’ ceilings, ceiling fans and ocean vistas. Giant kitchen with 8 seat dining table and a 3 seat breakfast bar. Couch, appreciate seat, and chair with ottoman. Laundry, sizable bedroom with queen bed and Full bath.
