Guest Access:
Guests can access all Landmark Resort water amenities located in the main Landmark building, along with the exercise center.
Water area across the street from the building is not part of the resort, but owned by a third event company, therefore not accessible to our guests. Guests do not have access to eateries/snack bars/Starbucks/game room/laundry room.

Other Things to Note:
All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there is no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes as well as pool wristbands (where required) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are completely furnished and equipped with basic kitchen silverware such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grandiose allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a modest fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not included by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must me made by contacting us. The front desks will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is on the beach. Pier at Garden City and Apache Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed.

• Reserve your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• Summer is the most expensive season along the coast of SC. To find the most suitable vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, take a walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host isn't available, take photos and video of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your family have a excellent stay? Most rental management companies make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise.
