Just a short walk to the beach and only steps away from Sandy Harbor Waterpark. Whether you're racing down the waterslides or floating peacefully along the lazy river, fun is always within reach.

This 2-bedroom, 2-bath bungalow is ideal for families with modest kids looking for a casual, fun-filled vacation close to everything Ocean Lakes has to offer.

Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Second Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds
Additional Sleep space: Portable Cot that can be used in the living room (ideal for littles!)

Primary bathroom has sizable walk-in shower + constructed-in bench. There is also a stackable washer and drier so you can pack light.
Second bathroom has a shower/tub combo— to make bath time for your littles a breeze

Kitchen and Dining-
The kitchen has full sized appliances and is equipped with place settings for six and has your basic needs to make simple meals.
There is a dining table that seats four.
There is a standard coffee pot.

Not pet-friendly
Limited parking (1 car max at the home, however there is an overflow lot in the campground for any additional cars)
Parking Fee: $12/day per car (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy

Security Deposit and Agreements:
Guests are required to sign Surfwind Units Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.

Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew

Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the entire bungalow, including the wraparound deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. You'll also have simple access to the campground amenities like the store and waterpark. The beach is less than a 5-min. walk away! Check-in is contactless using a digital keypad or lock box for your convenience.
