As part of your reservation, you’ll appreciate access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel.

All Oceana Resorts guests are supplied with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Reserve your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Go through the property one final time and look for any damage. We suggest walking through with the property manager whenever you can. If the host isn't available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition.
• Did your group have a terrific time? Most rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide reviews. If your property and/or host was wonderful, they will likely appreciate your kind words.
