The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 11th floor angled, ocean view studio apartment at the Sun N Sand Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This ocean view condo is completely furnished with 2 queen size beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests.

This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers nice and clean accommodations, a private balcony with a partial ocean view, full-size bathroom, and more.

As of February 2022, this unit features new bed frames, nightstand, dresser, and accent chair. This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!

Being a studio, this particular condo does not offer a full kitchen or a kitchen sink. However, guests will find a microwave, drink chiller, and counter space to prepare a cup of coffee or a modest meal or snack! The Sun N Sand is located on the Southern tip of Ocean Blvd, and is within a half-mile drive to many eateries. Many eateries offer delivery, but if not, we have numerous food delivery options such as Uber Eats and DoorDash. Sun N Sand is also about 1 mile from the fresh Market Common community.

The bedroom area is the most comfortable space of the apartment. Guests can relax on the accent chairs and savor great vistas of the ocean! Both beds are queen-size and there is enough space to accommodate 4 guests in the apartment. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are charming.

The full-size bathroom is located to the right when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom counter features a granite top!

Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to appreciate your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner.

Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.

The Sun N Sand is a high rise complex located at 2701 South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner at 16th Avenue in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access. The Sun N Sand is a short walk to the Pier and only about 1 mile from Market Common, helicopter rides, and mini golf!

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is near the beach. Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium.
