The Space:
BED & BATH

Our charming condo has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Bed, dresser, nighttime stand table, flat screen TV with cable access and a Private En-Suite Bathroom attached. The Second Bedroom has two Full Size Beds, dresser, nightstand table and flat screen TV with cable access. The second bathroom is located in the hall.


LIVING AREA

The living room has a flat screen TV with cable access, a couch, chair and access from the living room to our private balcony.


KITCHEN

Our FULL SIZE kitchen that is well supplied with everything you need to create delicious meals. It makes it painless to appreciate being right on the beach without having to leave for dinner.


DINING AREA

When it's time to dine, savor our dining table and eat at bar that has plenty of seating to accommodate up to 6 guests. It is the ideal place to let the anxiety drift far away.

Maybe you want some of the great local food, well lucky for you, it is very close. You can be to some great eateries in a very short time.


BALCONY

Sip your morning coffee on our private balcony while you relax to the handsome sounds of the ocean. Complete with seating.


LINENS & COMPLIMENTARY TOILETRIES PROVIDED:

Linen for all the beds, towels, washcloths, a kitchen dish towel & dish rag set as well as 1 STARTER size set of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap & 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels and multiple trash bags.

This condo is within a gorgeous resort that has all the additional amenities that any family would want on a vacation. We highly recommend guest(s) to purchase travel insurance for all of those unexpected things that can come up.

- Smoking: Nicotine, e-cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana ANYWHERE on resort property, this includes balconies and pool decks.

- Animals: no family pets are allowed in the resort, this is an HOA regulation and is stringently enforced.

- Events/Enormous groups: No more than 6 guests are to occupy the unit each nighttime. Sizable events or loud noise that causes a disruption to the resort and their guests will not only constitute a full charge of the security deposit, but will result in the police being called to REMOVE you from the property immediately upon notification.


YOU MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE to rent the home----NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
Please remember this is a PRIVATELY owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your home.

Absolutely NO early check-in unless prior permission was given. We have to have time to prepare the property. This is subject to additional charges if you do check-in early.

Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced from 10:00pm thru 7:00am. YOU MUST Be respectful of all of the neighbors & The Property Rules!!

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING!!!

Trash and Dishes must be taken care of on departure- Pleased place trash in the trash cans in the hall that are supplied for trash. Please make sure all your dishes are running in the dishwasher or washed and put away on departure.

Umbrellas and chairs may also be rented on the beach from the lifeguards.

Remember since this is not part of a hotel you will not receive daily maid service... If you would like daily, bi-weekly maid service or towel exchange this can be arranged for an additional fee.
