As you enter, you'll discover an air-conditioned open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to a balcony where you can savor your morning coffee each day as you watch the sun rise. The kitchen has been appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare culinary masterpieces for the group during your stay. The primary suite enjoys a TV, an en suite bathroom, and access to the balcony.

This condo's location situates you within a short drive of fantastic local attractions, including Myrtle Beach State Park, The Pier At Garden City, Skywheel Myrtle Beach, Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament, Arrowhead Country Club, Broadway At The Beach, Huntington Beach State Park, and The Carolina Opry Theater.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Booking your vacation rental in Spring or Fall is our favorite way to save money on your vacation rental. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
  • The earlier your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked very early. Reserving your rental six to twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your group qualifies for a special rate.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners frequently offer guests an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which normally costs between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related catastrophes or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, take a walk through the property to make sure you've collected all personal items. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
  • Did your family have a wonderful vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for travelers to provide feedback. If your property and/or property manager was terrific, they would love to hear about it.
