Welcome to our freshly constructed 4 bedroom, 2 floor home in South Beach Cottages. This home is just mins. from the beach and a short drive to Myrtle Beach's top attractions such as Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, and the Boardwalk.

Guests will have access to the community swimming pool as well as select amenities at Landmark Resort and access to the year-round waterpark at Crown Reef Resort.

Guests will check in at the Landmark Resort located at 1501 S Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach.

This 4-bedroom beach home sleeps 10. There is a queen bed in three of the bedrooms, and the fourth bedroom has two twins. The living room is also equipped with a sleeper couch and a private balcony. The home has a full kitchen with basic cookware and dishware, washer and dryer, and TVs in each bedroom and the living room.

The home also feature 3.5 bathrooms, complimentary Wi-Fi, hair dryers, and iron/ironing board.

Parking for 3 cars onsite is available; additional cars will need to find street parking.

Family Animals are not allowed. A fine of $500 will be assessed if a pet is brought into a unit.
