Come on in, drop your bags and breathe in that magnificent salt air! This gorgeously decorated beach home is on the 3rd floor with spectacular vistas of the ocean from the front and back decks. Not all of the buildings in the complex have water vistas - so our 3rd floor view is a major plus! We have 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths (sheets & towels supplied), central heat and air, and a washer/dryer in the condo! LVP floor, new kitchen counter tops and refreshed cabinets! Unwind and have your morning coffee or afternoon drink on the huge deck that spans the entire length of the condo; you can access the deck from the living room or master bedroom. You'll spend tons of time out on the deck - you are able to appreciate handsome vistas of the ocean during the day and colorful beach fireworks at nighttime! The deck has "deck height" table and chairs for your comfort. This condo sleeps 4-6 comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a private full bath with access to the roomy deck while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, ceiling fan and access to the full hall bath. The living room and the dining room each have ceiling fans; the living room has a adore seat and a queen size pull-out couch to accommodate additional guests. We have a big screen t.v. in the living room and complimentary WiFi; there is a sizable collection of books and magazines that you can savor while you lounge on the deck, on the beach, in the hot tub, or at one of the 3 enormous pools. The pools are equipped with showers, bathrooms, a gazebo, and plenty of lounge chairs. After a long sunny day on the beach there's nothing better than a delicious meal cooked on the grille - there are 2 sheltered gas grilles which are conveniently located near the hot tub. If you'd like to prepare your meals inside, there is a new stove in the entirely equipped kitchen, sugar, oil, spices, a Keurig and a drip coffee maker w/filters also! The Straw Market is right next door where you can visit Flip Flops Bar & Grille, the convenience store, liquor store, coffee bar, beach shop, rent a golf cart, moped or bicycle, enjoy some pizza or ice cream, and more! The Apache Pier is the East Coast's longest pier and is located across the street. If you would like to enjoy some great music & dancing after your walk on the pier, the famed Ocean Annie's Beach Bar is just a short walk down the beach as well as the fashionable River City Cafe where you can enjoy one of the best cheeseburgers on the beach. There are multiple convenient beach access entrances directly across the street from the condo and Straw Market. The Tanger Outlet Mall is only 2 miles away or you could take a short drive to Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach or restaurant row. There are numerous sports venues, attractions and shows you won't want to miss! And you HAVE to cruise down Ocean Boulevard a.k.a. the strip! We are conveniently located in the middle of Myrtle Beach but far away from the traffic and noise! We look forward to having you visit our blissful beach getaway!
