This is a attractively decorated condo, which is located on the 1st floor and is well maintained. We want you to feel like the condo is your second home. This condo has many amenities to offer that will fit your needs during your stay at the beach.

The owners use this unit often when it is not rented, so it is kept in ideal condition. There is a roomy covered deck overlooking the well maintained courtyard. There is a heated indoor pool, outdoor pool, Jacuzzi, and a covered grille area with 4 gas grilles and 1 charcoal grille available for your use. This 2nd row condo has 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and will conveniently accommodate 6 people.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining full bathroom. The couch has a queen size sleeper. There is a washer and dryer available in the unit. The condo has central air-conditioning and heating. The unit is located 150 yards from the beach. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, toaster mixer, blender, coffee maker, and disposal. Cookware, silverware, and dishes are available for your convenience. There is cable TV in the living room, master bedroom and 2nd bedroom with VCR and DVD in the living room and 2nd bedroom.

Shipwatch Pointe II is located between North Myrtle Beach, and Myrtle Beach in a peaceful, private section of Shore Drive just off of Kings Boulevard. This unique area is separate from mainstream traffic, but only mins. away from Restaurant Row, and Barefoot Landing to the north, and Broadway At The Beach to the south. The complex has painless access to over 100 golf courses in the Grandiose Strand area. It is a short walk to a convenience store, ice cream shop, and the longest public fishing pier on the east coast. Just a short distance away is a Super-Walmart, Colonial Mall, and Tanger Outlet Stores. There is plenty of sand, sun, and fun to savor your stay.
Unfortunately, No Family Animals or Golf Carts are allowed.

This unit is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Arrive at 4:00 PM. Departure at 10:00 AM. See calendar for available dates. You will need to provide your own linens. Cleaning fee is supplied in your rental fee. We do require a $200 deposit 5 working days after the condo is booked. This is refunded after the keys and parking passes are returned and that upon inspection, that there are NO Damages to the condo. We hope that the condo will be left in the same condition that it was in upon your arrival to the condo. We ask that you vacuum, remove trash and have the bathrooms in the same order as they were upon arrival.
