A compact dining table separates the kitchen from the living space and can be folded down to create more room when not in use. Two barstools offer seating for meals or a quick coffee. In the living area, three comfortable chairs invite you to relax, with a modest end table and lamp setting the mood. A sizable wall-mounted TV provides the ideal setup for catching your favorite shows after a day of exploring.

Climb the ladder to the cozy loft, where you'll find a cozy double bed, two bedside tables with lamps for soft lighting, and storage bins for your belongings. This space is designed with both functionality and relaxation in mind.

The bathroom features a gorgeously tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and a rainfall showerhead. A modest cabinet provides storage for your personal items, and we also stock the space with starter toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels. To protect the plumbing in this tiny home, we kindly ask that guests use only the specialty toilet paper supplied.

Outside, guests can savor a shared firepit and grille, ideal for evening hangouts. These amenities are shared with the private home on the property, so we ask that guests be mindful of noise and clean up after using these features.

Travel light, as this home comes entirely supplied. Towels, linens, linens, cookware, and all kitchen basics are supplied to ensure a seamless stay. An electronic keyless entry system makes check-in quick and simple.

The huge home on the property is not accessible to our guests. This listing is stringently for the tiny home! It's also important to mention that the main home on the property is equipped with a Ring door bell camera and security system with a speaker that is located in the tiny home. Guests will not have access to the security system, but the speaker in the tiny home may occasionally make an announcement that someone has walked by the Ring door bell camera.
