Welcome to this beautiful two bedroom home located at 3652 Claypond Village Lane, a peaceful getaway just a short drive from the beach in Myrtle Beach. Ideal for modest families or close friends traveling together, this comfortable home features one queen bed in the primary bedroom and a twin over full bunk bed in the second bedroom. It offers a peaceful place to relax away from the hordes while still being close enough to appreciate everything Myrtle Beach has to offer.

As guests enter the home, they are welcomed into the living area. The space is furnished with a cozy plush couch flanked by two end tables with lamps, creating a calming spot to relax after a day at the beach. Across from the couch sits a sizable flat screen TV on an entertainment stand that also features a warm and inviting electric fireplace.
Between the living room and kitchen is a striking high top dining table with seating for up to four guests. Additional seating can be found at the kitchen island, making it painless for everybody to gather for meals or conversation.

The kitchen features gorgeous granite countertops and an abundance of cabinet storage. Guests will have access to full sized stainless steel appliances including a stove and oven, mounted microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and a deep double sided sink. We provide all basic cookware including pots, pans, silverware, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. If cooking is not on the agenda, food delivery services such as DoorDash, GrubHub, and Uber Eats are widely available in the area.

A convenient laundry closet is located in the kitchen and includes a washer and dryer, accepting guests to freshen up beach clothes or do a fast load before heading home.
The primary bedroom offers a plush queen sized bed with an end table close by, along with a dresser topped by a TV for relaxing evenings. The room also features generous closet space, including a cavernous closet along the hallway that leads to the attached bathroom.

The attached bathroom includes a wide vanity with two sinks and plenty of cabinet and drawer storage. A standing shower with glass doors and constructed in shelving provides a clean and modern space to refresh after a day out.
