Check out this freshly modernized, direct oceanfront vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront vacation rental is entirely furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. This apartment features 2 queen beds and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. The unit is also furnished with a dresser, TV with basic cable, AC and Heat, mini kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower and vanity, as well as a private balcony. This is a ideal rental for a couple, group of friends, or a modest family! Located on the 9th floor of the Tides Building, the view from the balcony is charming, and many of our guests have spotted dolphins!
As of March 2024, this unit had some amazing updates done! We could not be more excited to share them with you. For starters, the entire unit was repainted with warm and welcoming colors throughout. All new LVP floor was also installed throughout! In the kitchen, brand new cabinets were installed. New granite countertops were also installed in the kitchen and bathroom! Lately, all new light fixtures, and décor were added throughout.
The kitchen is completely outfitted with basic cookware, silverware, dishes and cups, and everything you'll need to prepare! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of exceptional dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, Door Dash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very trendy and convenient options as well.
Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, linens, and linens are supplied. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom.
While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have went above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests really appreciate the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were there own.
Sea Mist also offers many indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis, sauna, onsite eateries, humongous arcade, and even more amenities for you and your family to savor before calming in this handsome unit. (Please note that the mini waterpark across street and movie theater are not available to our guests.)
The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
While we do our absolute best to ensure that all of our condos are cleaned, prepared, and comfortable for all of our guests, we do want to note that this resort is over 60 years old. Our prices reflect the age of the resort, décor, and condition of the amenities. We encourage all of our guests to do their own due diligence on the resorts and the area on all of our listings!
Free Wi-Fi and cable are available.
Smoking AND Vaping are not allowed.
Unfortunately, all pools are currently unavailable for guest use with no anticipated reopening date.

Tricks and tips to get the perfect Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Get the best rental value:
- Summer time is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. To book the most suitable rental for your budget, we suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of large crowds at Myrtle Beach restaurants, tours, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during June, July, and August. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at the beach.
- Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules often open 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups book their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Some hosts and property managers offer rate reductions for veterans. Ask your property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
- Property management companies usually offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guide magazines which include coupons, either offered directly by local companies, or by way of a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.
Make a plan and pick yourrental home:
- Choose vacation week and maximum budget.
- Decide how many beds and the bed configuration your family requires. Newly Renovated Double Queen Suite-Direct Oceanfront-Sea Mist 20908 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms.
- Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is normally accessible on booking pages. If they are not listed, reach out to the property manager before reserving the vacation home. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which usually includes pull-out couches and bunk beds.
- If there's a particular Myrtle Beach attraction you love, keep an eye out for rentals that are either nearby, or those that cater to your needs.
- Appropriate accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for the less-mobile. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.
- Are you bringing the family pet? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or may be applied to your invoice.
More tips for your stay:
- Store the owner's contact information in your smartphone and wallet.
- To make certain that no damages are attributed to your visit, record any problem areas during check in. Make contact with the host right away to report any pre-existing damages. If there is a dispute about legal responsibility later, having the recorded issues and contact attempts will be useful.
- Ask questions. You may need instructions for a hot tub, elevator or kitchen appliance. Contact your property manager. They are there to help! A brief telephone call can prevent lots of problems.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your peace. Employ the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and scenic spots you would've never otherwise known!
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to grab the best tacos, have a great night out, or the best spots for fishing?
- Lock your vacation home while you are out and about. Protect your property!
- Re-check every room of the property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damage. We advise walking through with the host whenever you can. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take photos and video of the property to record its condition.
- Did your family have a fantastic time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for travelers to provide comments. If your property and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.
