Located in the coveted 145-acre gated community of Kingston Plantation, our condo is in the ideal vacation location, located between where Myrtle Beach meets North Myrtle beach. Just mins. from literally hundreds of eateries, attractions, places to shop and striking golf courses, our location alone is reason enough to look no further. Kingston Plantation is really one of Myrtle Beach’s most chic private and gated premiere communities.

One of the highly coveted floorplans in the Margate, this condo is great for families, couple groups, shopping sprees or golfing vacations. One of the biggest condos in the building, you have one of the best vistas of the Atlantic Ocean possible. With a humongous wrap around balcony, you can see for miles and miles.

This roomy home offers an open floorplan with tons of living space. The kitchen is entirely supplied and ready for your inner chef to take charge and make a scrumptious South Carolina specialty from one of our local cookbooks. On hand are all the basic spices you need to get you started. There is a dining table for and adjacent 2 bar stools to seat 10 adults. This full-size kitchen has all necessary dishes, drinkware, baking and cooking dishes and silverware you may need. Modest appliances include a blender, mixer, chopper, can opener and Air Fryer. A selection of wine is on hand with our “take one/leave one” policy, so you never know what unique selection a former guest may have left to savor!

There are two enormous Master Bedrooms with a king size, super plush bed, flat screen TV, and marvelous ocean vistas. The first has balcony access on two sides, and giant ensuite bathroom with shower. The second has both shower and hottub tub. Unwind after a day of shopping, golf, or appreciating the beach in a candlelight bath with included bath salts and bombs. The cavernous third bedroom has a Queen bed with and flat screen TV and its own private balcony. Bedroom 4 is the jewel of the condo. Furnished as a second living area with flat screen TV, the elegant constructed-in cabinetry opens to make a Queen bed.

This condo’s living room is very spacious with a tons of sitting space, including a sizable curved couch, 2 reclining chairs, and two additional comfortable chairs with ottomans, inviting you to sink into. A 65” flat screen TV can be conveniently seen from all seating areas. There is plenty of room here for movie nighttime, the Big Game, or just calming.

Margate Tower itself is an elegant high rise, the highest oceanfront resort along Grandiose Strand. This much sought-after vacation and owner-occupied site has 24-hour security in its handsome lobby. Be sure to check out the handsome cascading bi-level pool, accessible only to Margate Tower guests and residents. During the winter, the top pool and relaxing spa are heated for your enjoyment. Then it is just over the dunes to the beautiful, private beach of the Atlantic Ocean. Look to your right and you will see the famed Apache Pier, the longest wooden pier on the East coast. And it’s just a short walk to Ocean Annie’s, an icon for Myrtle Beach visitors and locals for over 35 years.

For anyone with mobility issues, there is walker available. For folks with infants and toddlers, there is a highchair, pack ‘n play, blow-up toddler bed with bed, and umbrella stroller available upon request. Hopefully, this will save precious cargo space in your car when you pack!

We provide high-speed internet throughout the condo, cable TV, and Roku T.V. in the Living Room and two bedooms, with which you can log in and use your own streaming channels.

On the occasional rainy day or timeout from the sun, there is a collection of books and board games to appreciate. For the beach, there are two folding chairs, umbrella and stand, beach toys for kids and adults, and plenty of beach towels.

We typically only accept 7-nighttime reservations during the peak Summer weeks, from Saturday to Saturday. The remainder of the year, we request a 3-nighttime minimum. However, shorter stays or alternative check-in/check-out days may be available upon request, so please just ask. Check in is at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. Earlier or later times may be possible based on availability and prior arrangement.

Due to the size of this property, the huge closets, full bedroom sets and multiple storage cabinets, this condo is definitely ideal for long-term rental. If you are interested in a rental lasting longer than 2 weeks, please reach out to us for discount pricing.

Note that we only rent to individuals 25 and older, and only for a max. of 6 guests (toddlers and infants not supplied). The individual making the booking must check in for the entire event unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Smoking is not allowed in Margate Tower, or within 30 feet of any entrances. Animals are stringently forbidden for non-residents.

This is one of four condos that we own in the Margate, each elegantly decorated with its own character. This condo opens to the one across a private entry, so if you open the two front doors, you have seven bedrooms and sleeping accommodations for 16 adults. When to book & When to go:

  • Summer is high season in Myrtle Beach. Reserving a rental home in the Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable homes. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The earlier you can reserve a home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are reserved very early. Booking your vacation property up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to search for and reserve your rental.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a reduced rate.
  • Booking websites often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for days missed as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra gas expenses.
