This comfortable golf villa has just newly been refreshed! The kitchen and common areas are all tile or laminate with new furnishings. The living space area has a sizable flat-screen TV and a cozy seating area. The kitchen here is entirely functional and supplied with all of the necessary silverware, cutlery, and appliances to prepare a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast and a Keurig coffee maker.

The master bedroom comes with a king-sized bed, a private bathroom, and flat-screen T.V.. There is also private access to the screened-in porch from the master bedroom. The guest bedroom has two twin-size beds and a flat-screen for entertainment. There is a second bathroom attached to the second bedroom and living area.
