In addition to a new Queen-sized beds that can accommodate up to four guests, the unit offers a Murphy bed and sleeper couch. Included are a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator, and kitchen sink. The condo features LCD TVs, a refrigerator, and a Jack and Jill Style Bathroom. Guests have private access to both toilets/sinks and shared access to tub/shower through a lockable. It is located at the Landmark Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Savor the use of heated indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, and your own balcony. It's possible to stay connected with complimentary WiFi. Because of its convenient position in the center of Myrtle Beach, you can relax by the pool, discover close by activities like Market Common, Broadway at the Beach, and Ripley's Aquarium, and savor vistas of the ocean. Please be advised that this unit does not grant access to the additional waterpark located at the back of the property or the 40-foot-tall waterslide. Additionally, there are no on-site facilities like a restaurant, bar, and mini-golf, Starbucks, or a restaurant by the pool.

Furthermore, Spas 1 and 4 are running. Spas 2 and 3 are now closed in order to fix leaks.

NOTE: Please be advised that the outdoor spa is temporarily closed, August 28, 2025, due to a plumbing repair. Unfortunately, we do not have a timeframe at this time. Until further notice.

Please note that there will be water interruption to the North Tower on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, between 9:00 am – 1:00pm. King Energy Solutions will be onsite making repairs to the domestic water pumps.
