Sadly, your furry friends won't be allowed in this condo as the complex doesn't allow family pets. This is a non smoking condo. There are smoking sections on the grounds for smoking. No events.

Guest access
Upon the morning of your arrival, you will receive the condo unit number and door access code! The condo unit and balcony are entirely yours to relax and enjoy! Also, you will have unrestricted access to all of the onsite amenities!

Inside the condo you will find a parking pass which must be hung from the rear view mirror of your car at all times while parked on property to prove you are a guest!

Parking available for both motorbikes and golf carts, and of course cars, trucks, and SUV's. Unfortunately, trailers are NOT allowed but I have recommendations for trailer storage!

WAYS TO SAVE WITH ME

1) I DO NOT charge credit card costs. The Payment system charges hosts 3% every booking. Most hosts forward that cost to their guests, I do not and pay that charge myself

2) I DO NOT charge any ridiculous admin or booking costs like most on these sites, I prefer to be upfront and honest about my costs prior to clicking BOOK NOW!

3) The cleaning costs are standard rate across Myrtle Beach. The maids need to be paid somehow so the cleaning fee is well worth their time and energy making the space ideal for the next guest!

The fact is, nobody wants to book a unit and get swamped with 10 different costs, so I do everything I can to avoid that situation for my guests!

Guests have complete access to the entire condo, the pool, lounge area, washer/drying machines, ice machines, snack machines, and drink machines

The Neighborhood:
Located on the North side of Myrtle Beach, this condo is in a fabulous area. The Airport is a short 15 min. drive! Painless access to shopping, golf courses, striking eateries, and a 1 min. walk to the sandy shores of the Atlantic Ocean. No attraction along the Grandiose Strand is too far out of reach from this location!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around Myrtle Beach is by car. Since the bus is your only public transportation option. Car rental agencies are located just beyond the baggage claim area in Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR), and plenty of taxis and hotel shuttle services are lined up outside the terminal. Uber and Lyft are also available!

Other Things to Note:
This Ocean View Unit is in the relaxing North End of Myrtle Beach! Less Crowded Beaches, Less noise, and more relaxation while still being super close to all the enchanting places Myrtle Beach has to discover!
