This 10th floor 400 sq ft completely-furnished unit was updated in spring of 2020 with a brand new vinyl floor, paint, new queen bed, and queen sleeper couch. This unit stands out from all the rest of the cookie cutter units in the building. No standing in line to check in or wondering what exact unit you’re going to get booking through the resort. I not only manage this unit but own it, which means you will get a more personalized service during your stay.

This unit is ideal for a couple, or a couple with 1 kid. Send me a request if your third guest is a kid. Sit on your private balcony and look out onto the sunset and city view. A breakfast bar with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, cups, and dishes make the ideal area for a fast breakfast before heading out to savor a day at the beach or all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. Basic toiletries are included such as shampoo/conditioner, lotion, bar soap, make-up remover wipes, rolls of toilet paper, bath towels, washcloths, dish towels, dish soap, and paper towels. Our top Myrtle Beach vacation rental booking tips and tricks:

Finding your best deal:

  • In the Myrtle Beach area, The sooner your group can book, the better your selection will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Reserving your rental home six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Booking in Spring or Fall is a great way to save on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of suitable properties.
  • Property management companies sometimes offer special rates for veterans. Ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
  • Property management companies frequently offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost you between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for details.
  • Many rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide magazine and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Choosing the perfect vacation rental:

  • Select your dates and budget.
  • Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration you need. Spacious queen suite has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rental home search.
  • Specific information regarding bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is generally available on booking pages. If they are not listed, contact the host before booking your home. Remember that most property listings specify the max. guest capacity, which usually includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Remember to include your furry companions! Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your agreement thoroughly! Pet fees or costs could be applied to your agreement.
  • If there's a certain Myrtle Beach attraction you long to visit, keep an eye out for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
  • Suitable accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for those with limited mobility. Confirm all required amenities are available and included before booking.

Additional considerations:

  • Add the owner's contact info to your smartphone. Print and take a copy of arrival/departure procedures.
  • Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions before, during, or after your stay.
  • Protect the property owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are gone, just like you would back home.
  • During check-in, note any damages to the rental property and immediately alert the property manager. Keep records of all coorespondence.
  • Be respectful. Often, surrounding homes are filled by local residents. Respecting quiet hours and parking policies is the right thing to do.
  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can often help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for crabbing?
  • Double-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed all of your belongings on check-out day. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden items. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Please make sure to walk through the property one final time and look for any damage. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video of the property to record its condition.
  • Did you have a great vacation? Most vacation rental websites make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was fantastic, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
