From the moment you step foot into this elegant 2 BR/2 Bath condo on the south side of the Renaissance Tower, you will know you made the right choice! From the wood floors, to overstuffed upholstery seating, white wood tables & so much more, you'll be right at home. You'll immediately notice the sparkle of the ocean waters reflecting through the living room. The glass sliders beckon you out to the sizable balcony to appreciate the countless expansive vistas, as well as the smells & sounds of the sea!
The 33 acre gated, oceanfront resort has nearly 700 feet of white sandy beaches and crystal blue waters directly on the Atlantic Ocean. A water park with a 375 foot lazy river and wet deck, four outdoor pools (one beach front), two indoor pools, three health spas complete with steam rooms, saunas and jacuzzis, along with two lighted tennis courts, and a basketball court.
Information regarding amenities for 2022:
1) All amenities at the resort are open to all guests at anytime
2) Lazy river and water park scheduled to open April 15th
3) Tower outdoor pool and indoor hot tub open all year round
4) Building B indoor pool and hot tub open all year round
5) Quarterdeck oceanfront bar and grille: Open weather permitting, hours vary in spring/fall, open until 11pm during summer.
During spring/fall bicycles weeks, motorbikes are allowed at no additional cost and have designated parking areas at each building. Trailers have a $100 fee paid at the front security gate on arrival. Must NOT be longer than 18ft ball hitch to rear bumper and also have designated parking areas.
During the season, beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly from the lifeguards in front of the resort. They will set them up and take them down each day in the same spot for you. Very hassle complimentary.
Each building has an on site laundry room for use during your stay. We provide all your bed linens and bath towel sets (4 sets in a studio, 6 sets in 2 & 3 br units). We do not provide any linen service during your stay so please utilize the laundry room for any washing/drying needs.
Feel complimentary to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Things are left behind in units during the season but they are ever changing as guests come and go.
The resort is located 6 miles south of downtown Myrtle Beach (The Skywheel in downtown is located at 11th North, we are at 59th South)
The airport is a very simple Uber ride and less than 10 mins from the resort.
We have someone on-site at the resort every day to take care of any issues immediately on arrival or during your stay.
