This is a fabulous place for your family vacation! This newly refreshed home has fresh interior paint, and is only a few yards from the ocean. Our home has 5 sizable bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, a entirely equipped cavernous kitchen for enormous family meals, black out curtains for the late sleepers, full size washer and dryer, intelligent tvs in every room, wifi / cable, and a super fun bunk room for the kids with a gaming TV. There is plenty of parking downstairs for three cars at additional costs through Ocean Lakes. We have refreshed the downstairs outside living area that already features a 50" TV for those who savor the sound of the ocean. We have added outside seating with a mini bar /stools ,new grille, table and chairs , L shaped couch and screens for a more private as well as protection from weather . We have added string lights on a timer to give a more ambience ambiance . Under the stairs we have put some beach chairs, boards, sand toys, and other stuff for you to use as well as additional stackable seating. The home is located in one of the most trendy areas in Ocean Lakes


(Holiday Inn Section) and is not only super close to the beach, but is also only a short walk to the basketball courts, beach volleyball, and Ocean Lakes Waterpark.
