This completely modernized end unit condo located on the ideal 7th floor, in the A Stack Section, is one of the nicest units in the building and is possibly the most sought after unit within the Brigadune Complex. You can go to our website at BrigaduneCondominiumRentals.com for more information. The A Stack Section is the only Section that has full ocean vistas both North and South. All other Sections only have north ocean vistas, as the building sits on an angle to the ocean.

For your min. Convenience, we have installed Wi-Fi Electronic Locks, thus no more having to stop and pickup or drop off keys. You will be given your own private code to come and go without ever carrying a key. Unlike most all other condo units, we have purchased all of our own high end linens and towels, thus no disappointing surprises you get from renting with the big rental agencies

The Magnificent Upscale Brigadune Direct Oceanfront Condominium Complex is located on a peninsula and overlooks the Atlantic Ocean providing for spectacular breath taking ocean and beach vistas. The Brigadune is located on the peaceful and esteemed Shore Drive, between Myrtle and North Myrtle. Just South of the Kingston Plantation, North of Marriott's Grandiose Dunes and directly behind the famed Dunes Country Club. This exceptional high rise complex offers the ultimate in oceanfront visiting with many amenities including an outdoor oceanfront pool (heated in Spring and Fall), picnic area, gas BBQ grilles, elevators, secure lobby, 24 hour on-site security, charmingly landscaped grounds and covered on-site parking.

Walk out the door and onto the soft white sand of the most handsome wide clean beach on the Grand strand. Just a short walk on the beach is the famed Ocean Annie's an outdoor oceanfront beach bar and just beyond that is the Apache Pier, the longest pier on the East Coast. Miles of white sandy beaches in either direction makes for fantastic walking or running.

The Brigadune is located on a secluded ocean front drive. The beach is not busy like other areas of the Grand Strand. You are away from the hustle-and-bustle of downtown Myrtle, yet if you want to go and appreciate the hundreds of other sights and sounds of this fantastic town they're just a short distance away.

The famed 'Restaurant Row' is located just a mile away, along with the new Tanger Outlets right around the corner! Just a short drive to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach.

Our roomy Direct Oceanfront Condo offering spectacular vistas of the beach and ocean, has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and sleeps 6-8.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, bedroom 2 also has a king size bed and bedroom 3 has two double beds.

Conveniences include: A enormous completely furnished kitchen with Granite counter tops, stainless look appliances including dish washer and microwave, bathrooms are all tiled and have Granite Vanity tops, both bathrooms offer walk in showers, both walk in showers feature grab bars for older bathers, comfortable over sized living room with plenty of seating, cavernous dining room, central heat and A/C, full capacity washer and dryer in condo, breakfast bar, LED TV's in every room all featuring the Golf Channel and Spectrum Sports View Package and Entertainment View Package, Private Wi-Fi, sizable oceanfront balcony with plenty of seating, cozy high two top glass table by sliding glass doors for your morning coffee, best vistas both north and south on the beach. There are Hair Dryers in each bathroom and Alarm Clocks in each bedroom.

If all this was not enough, you can savor charming sunset vistas of the wildlife marsh and the premier Dunes Golf and Country Club (home of the Pro-Players Golf Tournament), from the entrance of the condo. All of this is the reason most renters return year after year.

CANCELLATION POLICY
a) A ninety (90)day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty other than the Non-Refundable $100.00 Administrative Fee.
b) Cancellations that are made within ninety (90) days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/security deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

We only rent by the full week, from Saturday to Saturday, during prime time rental season.

WE DO ENCOURAGE long term SNOW BIRD monthly RENTALS from November thru March. You can e-mail me direct at tlstclair@yahoo.com for SPECIAL MONTHLY PRICING. We do rent direct if you would like to avoid paying the high vrbo Service Fees. The months of Jan, Feb, Mar, are only rented by a 90 day rental period.
