PLEASE NOTE: We provide a cooler and drink containers in the unit for transportation of drinks to the pool or beach. You may order Uber eats or any food delivery service to the pool. Eateries In walking distance. The resorts next door have poolside bars and eateries that are open to the public. You can access them from the street or beach.

Walmart Convenience Store is in walking distance for groceries and other items.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners and operators of the building offer the following amenities to their guests only. These are prohibited for Airbnb guests. Waterslides, all onsite food and beverage services (Uber eats, etc. will deliver and we provide a cooler on wheels), paid laundry facilities (we have a washer/dryer in our unit), exercise center (we're a 5 min drive to Anytime Exercise, 10 min to Planet Exercise), business center, gift shop, game room (we provide a Sony Playstation with games in the room)

SNOWBIRD RENTALS
This condo is available for monthly rental for snow birds from December - March. Please inquire with me for a monthly winter rate.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal SC. Booking in Fall or Spring is a great way to save money on your rental home.
