We do our utmost to control insects. However we are in a warm climate so insects might still get into the condo despite our best efforts. Though it is not common, this should be expected.

Eateries In walking distance. The resorts next door have poolside bars and eateries that are open to the public. You can access them from the street or beach.

PLEASE NOTE: The owners and operators of the building offer the following amenities to their guests only. These are prohibited for Airbnb guests. Waterslides, all onsite food and beverage services (Uber eats, etc. will deliver and we provide a cooler on wheels), paid laundry facilities (we have a washer/dryer in our unit), exercise center (we're a 5 min drive to Anytime Exercise, 10 min to Planet Exercise), business center, gift shop, game room (we provide a Sony Playstation with games in the room)

SNOWBIRD RENTALS
This condo is available for monthly rental for snow birds from November - February.
No mid-month to mid month units. Start the first week of the month, end the first week of the next month.

We have 10 handsome homes with handsome vistas available within Asheville, Weaverville and Burnsville North Carolina.
We have one other 3 bedroom, oceanfront condo, in Myrtle Beach, and one private home in the Poconos, Pennsylvania.
