Welcome to "The Resort" as my out of town family calls it. Savor a handsome stay 5 miles from the beach and less then one mile to the waterway boating access. Take advantage of the many golf courses and family fun activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer without the hustle and bustle that huge hotel chains bring. The benefit of this is that you have your own private home with a giant private inground pool and fenced in yard. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a private master bathroom equipped with a hottub tub and separate shower. Guest Room number 1 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a TV and tons of storage space for clothes. Guest Room number 2 has Twin over Full Bunk Bed as well as a intelligent TV. The Couch turns into a queen size pull out bed as well. Incase you need room for one more we also have an ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. All beds are covered with bed protectors for added tranquility of mind. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combination and a half bath is also in the back end of the home known as the “pool bathroom” because it also leads out back to the pool. There is a beautiful sitting area in the back yard as well as numerous lounge chairs. Our humongous drive and garage have plenty of space to bring your boat or motorbikes. The pool was resurfaced in the summer of 2022. This location is pet friendly.

How to book the best rental home experience:

Sticking to a rental home budget:

  • The earlier your group can reserve a vacation rental, the better your selection will be. The best rental properties are reserved very early. Reserving your vacation rental up to twelve months before your vacation is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to search for and book your rental property.
  • June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Book your Myrtle Beach rental in Fall or Spring months to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host if your family qualifies for a special rate.
  • Property managers usually offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for program terms and fees.
  • Often, property management companies supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides that include money-saving deals, either offered directly by local companies, or through a partnership between the management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local shops and grocery stores.

Narrow your Search:

  • Select a group leader, choose your vacation week, and select a budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the configuration you need. Quiet Home Close to Beach w\/ Private Pool has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our rentals search.
  • Precise descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is generally available on booking websites. Otherwise, email or call the property owner before you reserve your rental. Note that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which frequently includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Are you bringing the family pet? Many vacation homes allow animals, but guidelines and restrictions apply. Allowable pet type, breed, and size are often limited. Ask your host before booking, and study your agreement! Pet fees or costs might be applied to your contract.
  • Visiting for a specific event or attraction? If so, use a map search to find nearby properties.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or break a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.

More considerations for your visit:

  • Review check in & check out procedures before traveling. Save the instructions to your smartphone, and take a printed backup.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, stereo or WIFI setup. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of issues.
  • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by locking and securing the home when you are gone, just like you would at home.
  • At Check-in, record any issues with the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
  • Be a good neighbor. Often times, adjacent homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Locals can often help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night out, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Double-check the rental property to make sure that you've packed all of your belongings at check-out. Remember to check bathrooms, garages, and back yards for hidden belongings. Clean out the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Leave a review! Property owners rely on great ratings to inspire new reservations. They'll be thankful for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other families will be thankful you shared your feedback and help them have the best future vacation. Please be fair with your feedback If something fell short of expectations, consider whether the property manager could control the issue, and if so, whether they responded reasonably to solve it.
