About this Property

  • Sleeps 10
  • 3 Bedrooms
  • 2 Bathrooms
  • Private vacation home
  • Approximately 2400 square feet

Welcome to "The Resort" as my out of town family calls it. Appreciate a handsome stay 5 miles from the beach and less then one mile to the waterway boating access. Take advantage of the many golf courses and family fun activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer without the hustle and bustle that huge hotel chains bring. The benefit of this is that you have your own private home with a giant private inground pool and fenced in yard. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a private master bathroom equipped with a hottub tub and separate shower. Guest Room number 1 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a TV and tons of storage space for clothes. Guest Room number 2 has Twin over Full Bunk Bed as well as a intelligent TV. The Couch turns into a queen size pull out bed as well. Incase you need room for one more we also have an ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. All beds are covered with bed protectors for added tranquility of mind. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combination and a half bath is also in the back end of the home known as the “pool bathroom” because it also leads out back to the pool. There is a beautiful sitting area in the back yard as well as multiple lounge chairs. Our humongous drive and garage have plenty of space to bring your boat or motorbikes. The pool was resurfaced in the summer of 2022. This location is pet friendly.

Tips to get the optimal Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

Cost saving strategies:

  • Reserve your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • Summer is high season in the Myrtle Beach area. Book your rental property in Spring or Fall to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for veterans and active duty military. Check with your host or property manager to see if special offers are available for your group.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners typically offer renters an option to purchase trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any days missed as a result of personal medical-related catastrophes or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Many property management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area visitor guide magazines which will include money-saving offers, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Planning and picking a perfect Myrtle Beach rental:

  • First and foremost, have your group commit to trip dates and a max budget.
  • Note the number bedrooms and what type of bedroom configuration your family requires. Quiet Home Close to Beach w/ Private Pool has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Specific information about bedrooms and bed types is normally accessible on booking pages. Otherwise, contact the property manager before you reserve your rental. Remember that most listings specify maximum guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms.
  • Some rental properties allow pets, and some do not. Allowable types of pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property manager about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
  • Visiting for a specific attraction? If so, use a map search to browse nearby properties.
  • Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or ruin a vacation for persons with disabilities. Remember to confirm all required amenities are available before reserving a rental

More considerations for your visit:

  • Take a copy of the property manager's contact number and check in/check out procedures for your .
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or thermostat. Contact your host. They are there to help! A brief phone call can prevent a lot of problems.
  • Lock your rental home while you're out and about. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
  • Record any issues with the property during check in, and immediately e-mail them to the host. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain built-in time stamps that are helpful if there is a dispute.
  • Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome visitors bothering your peace and quiet. Practice the golden rule for best judgement. If they like you, locals might even recommend great beaches and attractions you would've not otherwise known!
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Residents can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to order the best nachos, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fine dining?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, walk through the property to make sure you've collected all of your things. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and scan for damage. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager is not available, remember to take photographs of the property to record its condition at check-out.
  • Did you have a terrific vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for clients to provide comments. If your rental and/or property management company was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was wrong and they failed to fix it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make a note as part of your review.
