Welcome to "The Resort" as my out of town family calls it. Savor a handsome stay 5 miles from the beach and less then one mile to the waterway boating access. Take advantage of the many golf courses and family fun activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer without the hustle and bustle that huge hotel chains bring. The benefit of this is that you have your own private home with a humongous private inground pool and fenced in yard. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a private master bathroom equipped with a hottub tub and separate shower. Guest Room number 1 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a TV and tons of storage space for clothes. Guest Room number 2 has Twin over Full Bunk Bed as well as a intelligent TV. The Couch turns into a queen size pull out bed as well. Incase you need room for one more we also have an ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. All beds are covered with bed protectors for added tranquility of mind. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combination and a half bath is also in the back end of the home known as the “pool bathroom” because it also leads out back to the pool. There is a beautiful sitting area in the back yard as well as multiple lounge chairs. Our giant drive and garage have plenty of space to bring your boat or motorbikes. The pool was resurfaced in the summer of 2022. This location is pet friendly.

Tips and Tricks to get the best Myrtle Beach vacation home experience:

Get the most from your budget:

  • Summer is the most expensive season in coastal SC. To get the best value, consider changing your group's vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer great temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer.
  • The sooner your group can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable rental properties are booked early. Booking your vacation home six - twelve months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holidays such as Christmas and Thanksgiving are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
  • Some property management companies offer discounts or promotional rates for veterans. Make sure to check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your group before you book.
  • Property managers frequently offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which normally costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
  • Often, rental management companies supply Myrtle Beach area visitors guides which often include special deals, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a partnership between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Narrow your rental Search:

  • Start by choosing the best vacation week and a max budget.
  • Determine how many beds and the bed configuration your group requires. Quiet Home Close to Beach w/ Private Pool has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
  • Precise details about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always accessible online. If not, email or call the property owner before you book the vacation home. Remember that most listings specify the maximum guest capacity, which often includes sofa beds and bunks.
  • Are you looking for particular amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Use these to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Suitable accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests that require the use of a wheelchair. .
  • Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or costs may be applied to your agreement.

During your stay:

  • Add the owner's contact information to your phone. Understand and take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Upon check-in, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Record all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Ask questions. You may want instructions for a garage door opener, elevator or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief telephone call prevents quite a few difficulties.
  • Respecting quiet hours and parking rules can make a stay significantly more pleasurable. Be a good neighbor. You'll magnify your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are an excellent source for finding the best local beaches.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Neighbors can frequently help. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by keeping the rental locked up when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • Just prior to departing, complete a final walk-through to make sure you have not leave anything behind. Make sure to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Please make sure to walk through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager isn't available, take photos of the property to record its condition.
  • Did your group have a fantastic time? Many rental home management companies make it easy for clients to provide reviews. If your property and/or property management company was great, they would love to hear about it. If anything was wrong and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make it a point as part of your feedback.
