Welcome to "The Resort" as my out of town family calls it. Savor a gorgeous stay 5 miles from the beach and less then one mile to the waterway boating access. Take advantage of the many golf courses and family fun activities that Myrtle Beach has to offer without the hustle and bustle that sizable hotel chains bring. The benefit of this is that you have your own private home with a giant private inground pool and fenced in yard. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with a private master bathroom equipped with a hottub tub and separate shower. Guest Room number 1 has a queen size bed and a twin over twin bunk bed as well as a TV and tons of storage space for clothes. Guest Room number 2 has Twin over Full Bunk Bed as well as a intelligent TV. The Couch turns into a queen size pull out bed as well. Incase you need room for one more we also have an ottoman that pulls out into a twin size bed. All beds are covered with bed protectors for added tranquility of mind. The hallway bathroom is a shower/tub combination and a half bath is also in the back end of the home known as the “pool bathroom” because it also leads out back to the pool. There is a handsome sitting area in the back yard as well as numerous lounge chairs. Our humongous drive and garage have plenty of space to bring your boat or motorbikes. The pool was resurfaced in the summer of 2022. This location is pet friendly.

Tips to get the very best vacation rental experience:
How to get the best rental home value:
- Book your vacation in Fall or Spring to get the benefit of beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with friends and family at the beach.
- Book your rental as early as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups reserve their Summer rental homes during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host if your family qualifies for a price reduction.
- Property managers often offer guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guide magazines which will include money-saving deals, either offered independently by local businesses, or by way of a relationship with the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Myrtle Beach area magazine and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.
How to select the best rental home in Myrtle Beach:
- Select a group leader, select your vacation dates, and choose a max budget.
- Determine how many bedrooms and the configuration your family requires. Quiet Home Close to Beach w\/ Private Pool has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our search.
- Precise information regarding bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. If they are not listed, email the property manager before you book the vacation property. - If there's a certain Myrtle Beach destination you are enamored with, keep an eye out for properties that are either nearby, or those that cater especially to your requirements.

- Be sure you get the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property.
- Document any issues with the property at check in, and immediately contact the property manager. We especially recommend texts and e-mails, as they usually contain time stamps that are very helpful if a dispute arises.
- Ask questions. You may want instructions for a fireplace, A/V setup or thermostat. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief call can prevent lots of concerns.
- Respecting quiet hours and parking restrictions can make a stay more pleasurable. You will enhance your chance to make local friends, and resident neighbors are usually a great resource to find the best local beaches.
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Locals can frequently help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to spend a rainy day, have a great night out, or the best spots for crabbing?
- Lock your rental home while you are away. Protect the owner's property and your stuff!
- Re-check every room of the vacation property to confirm that you've packed everything at check-out. Remember to check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Leave a review! Property owners rely on good feedback to propel future bookings. They'll be much obliged for your feedback. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your review find their best vacation rental. Please be objective.
