1st floor, Stunning, comfortable and roomy condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Totally supplied kitchen, sleeps 6, gorgeous golf ground view.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Cozy and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 pullout couch in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. Pool view from the balcony.
*Family Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $50 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).
*Kitchen is entirely quipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

  • Booking websites often offer customers an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which commonly will cost you between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed time as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses.   • Don't leave anything behind! Just before departing, walk through the rental property to confirm you've collected all belongings. Make sure to check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Record a video to document the condition of the property.
