1st floor, Gorgeous, comfortable and roomy condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Totally outfitted kitchen, sleeps 6, handsome golf ground view.
*Animals are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Cozy and clean condo, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 pullout couch in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. Pool view from the balcony.
*Family Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are supplied for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.
*Access the pool with wrist bands only (there is $20 charge for each lost/broken bracelets).
*Kitchen is entirely quipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied).
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.
*Pool entry with pool key and bracelets only. The pool key and bracelets is in the kitchen drawer. Any missing pool key will be accompanied by $100 fee and pool bracelets by $20 for each bracelet.

*Pest control will come to spray the unit every first Thursday of the month.
*Pets are allowed. Only 1 pet up to 30lb with pet fee $75
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
