Aloha! Please read this message in its entirety before the event!
Seating is pre-determined. Any requests to be seated with other parties must be AT LEAST 24HRS prior to the event date. If you show up at the door and ask to be seated with another party, we will not be able to fulfill that request. We have already done the seating chart. There are absolutely no exceptions to this policy. Early arrival will not affect seating assignment. Again, no special requests for seating will be met at the door. This is to ensure that everyone waits the least amount possible and gets to our island on beat with the drums!
Our islanders are working very hard to make your night enjoyable. We love our ohana here, and we uphold a strict zero tolerance policy for any form of harassment or disrespect directed at our staff. Guests are required to abide by any instructions given to them by our island staff throughout the event. Any individual displaying inappropriate, rude, or combative behavior towards our family will be removed from the premises immediately, with no refund and no possibility of future booking.
We love baby islanders! With that being said, you are responsible for the children in your party and must supervise them at ALL times. This is for their safety and the enjoyment of all guests in attendance. If you do not predict that your children can behave for the duration of the event, please do not bring them. You will be required to pay for any damages that you or your children cause to our venue or props…which could cost more than a few coconuts!
