Booking Notes

Check In

Plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to boarding time.
The boat departs promptly at scheduled times so please allow time to park, check-in, etc.
Please plan ahead for heavy traffic. All passengers must check-in and get a boarding pass before boarding the boat.

BOARDING: Boarding order is based on arrival time. When checking in you will receive your BOARDING PASS that will show your group number for boarding. There is no reserved seating.

Duration:

Cruises are 1½ to 2 hours long.

About

The tour encompasses 3 distinct experiences starting with a narrated cruise up the Intracoastal waterway. Then picking up speed and passing several uninhabited islands as well as the jetty heading out into the ocean. The second part of the tour is heading into the ocean to find and view the dolphins and the third part is picking up speed to view our beautiful coastline.

What to bring:

• Valid photo ID.
• This is a wet ride so dress accordingly. There is a dry box on board for valuables.
• We do suggest a bag or case to keep cameras and phones dry so you may take pictures.
• Sunglasses and sunscreen are also recommended for this tour.
• You may bring food and drink in a small (6 pack) soft sided cooler.
• STROLLERS & CAR SEATS are NOT allowed on board.

• If you want SEATING UNDER THE CANOPY please arrive early because boarding is done by group #. Group #1 will board first and will include several parties who arrive the earliest.
• We are not handicap accessible. Walkers and wheelchairs cannot go on board.
• Bathrooms, there are restroom facilities at each location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use only.
• Will you get wet Yes, it can be a wet ride so dress accordingly. Bathing suits with covers, towels, whatever you are comfortable with.
• Life jackets are available on board.
• No standing or moving around while the boat is moving. We are not responsible for bodily injury due to noncompliance.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Tickets are non refundable!
• If no dolphins are sighted on the dolphin cruise you will receive a one-time use free pass to ride again.
• A Reschedule Link, when applicable, may be issued after the boat leaves the dock. The Reschedule Link is a one-time use only. One Reschedule Link is issued to the phone number/email of the reservation holder and is valid for all passengers included on that reservation. Individual Links will not be issued. Reservations to reschedule are REQUIRED. If a reservation is made and you do not show up, miss the boat, or do not have the number of people reserved for the Reschedule Link is no longer valid, and you will be charged the full amount for the reservation or for the number of people who did not come. If using a Myrtle Beach Water Sports voucher card, reservations are required. The voucher MUST be turned in at the check-in window.

Reschedule Links for not seeing dolphins are valid for paid reservations only. Reservations made using a Reschedule Link are not eligible for another Reschedule Link. Reservations made using a previously issued No Dolphin pass card are not eligible for a Reschedule Link. The card must be surrendered at check-in.

Reschedule links are NOT TRANSFERRABLE.

NOTE: Group discounts, private charters, and special event cruises are not eligible for No Dolphin
return passes.
