Booking Notes

Check In

Plan to arrive a minimum of 30 minutes prior to boarding time.
The boat departs promptly at scheduled times so please allow time to park, check-in, etc.
Please plan ahead for heavy traffic. All passengers must check-in and get a boarding pass before boarding the boat.

BOARDING: Boarding order is based on arrival time. When checking in you will receive your BOARDING PASS that will show your group number for boarding. There is no reserved seating.

Duration:

Cruises are 1½ to 2 hours long.

About

The tour encompasses 3 distinct experiences starting with a narrated cruise up the Intracoastal waterway. Then picking up speed and passing several uninhabited islands as well as the jetty heading out into the ocean. The second part of the tour is heading into the ocean to find and view the dolphins and the third part is picking up speed to view our beautiful coastline.

What to bring:

• Valid photo ID.
• This is a wet ride so dress accordingly. There is a dry box on board for valuables.
• We do suggest a bag or case to keep cameras and phones dry so you may take pictures.
• Sunglasses and sunscreen are also recommended for this tour.
• You may bring food and drink in a small (6 pack) soft sided cooler.
• STROLLERS & CAR SEATS are NOT allowed on board.

• If you want SEATING UNDER THE CANOPY please arrive early because boarding is done by group #. Group #1 will board first and will include several parties who arrive the earliest.
• We are not handicap accessible. Walkers and wheelchairs cannot go on board.
• Bathrooms, there are restroom facilities at each location prior to boarding. The restrooms on board are marine toilet facilities and are for emergency use only.
• Will you get wet Yes, it can be a wet ride so dress accordingly. Bathing suits with covers, towels, whatever you are comfortable with.
• Life jackets are available on board.
• No standing or moving around while the boat is moving. We are not responsible for bodily injury due to noncompliance.
• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
• Tickets are non refundable!
• If no dolphins are sighted on the dolphin cruise, a one-time use No Dolphin gift card, if eligibility requirements are met, may be issued.
• The gift card will be issued after the boat has left the dock and is valid for the original reservation holder and the original number of participants on that reservation at no charge. Individual gift cards will not be issued. Reservations to reschedule are REQUIRED. If a reservation is made and you do not show up, miss the boat, or do not have the number of people reserved for, the gift card is no longer valid, and any remaining balance value will be set to zero. Sharing of gift cards will incur a $15 per person fee and any remaining balance value will be set to zero. Valid ID for reservation holder is required at check-in. No Dolphin gift cards are not redeemable for any monetary value. For reservations made using a Myrtle Beach Watersports voucher card, or a previously issued No Dolphin pass card, the voucher or card MUST be turned in at the check-in window.

You are NOT eligible if –
- This is a rescheduled trip using a No Dolphin gift card due to no dolphin sighting, MBWS voucher, or previously issued No Dolphin pass.
- You received a group rate.
- Your trip is free of charge.
- This is a private charter.
- This is a Special Event cruise, i.e. July 4th Fireworks cruise.

NOTE: Group discounts, private charters, and special event cruises are not eligible for No Dolphin
return passes.
Unforeseen circumstances - If the trip is cancelled by Myrtle Beach Watersports, the gift card will be issued prior to the boat leaving the dock and is valid for the original reservation holder and the original number of participants on that reservation at no charge. Individual gift cards will not be issued. Reservations to reschedule are REQUIRED.
To redeem your gift card, please call us directly 843-280-8400 so that we can assist you with rescheduling. If no dolphins are sighted on your rescheduled trip, you will be eligible for a one-time use No Dolphin gift card. Individual gift cards will not be issued.
