description: Off Shore boating experience on "Need 4 speed" a 32 foot Baja high performance boat. Trip starts on the Intra coastal Waterway in North Myrtle Beach. We will have about 25 minute ride on the water way with some beautiful sightseeing, luxurious waterfront mansions, historic fishing villages, and undeveloped barrier islands. Next, head out to the ocean for an offshore racing experience. Enjoy speeding through the waves and up the scenic coastline of the Grand Strand. Lots of wildlife viewing is possible during the trip such as dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays, jelly fish, and various species of birds like pelicans and osprey and much more! A truly unique experience of a high performance race boat, like NASCAR on the water.

This boat is allowed to take you to the undeveloped beaches at our barrier islands. Book a private charter for a thrilling ride and a relaxing time at the beach, where you can swim and hangout on the sand.
check_in_details: Check in details: All guests must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure time to check in. Check in at the green shed at 2201 Little River Neck Rd. NOT at the Cherry Grove marina office. Go past the driveway for the marina office and you will see the green shed with Southern Shores Cruises and Thrill Seeker Jet Boat Ride signs on the right side of the road. Please call us immediately if you have any trouble finding it.
All guests must sign the waiver before boarding the boat. Please use the waiver link provided in the confirmation email to sign before you arrive.
All guests under 18 years old must have a waiver filled out and signed by their legal guardian and be accompanied by an adult.

what_to_bring: Guests may bring their own cooler with drinks and snacks, NO glass allowed.
Waters and sodas will be available during the ride free of charge
restrictions: •You must physically be able to board the boat on your own.
•Not recommended for expecting mothers
•all ages are welcome,, but the engine is loud when it is running, so if you or your child is sensitive to loud noises it is not recommended. Please check out our catamaran dolphin cruise for a better option for noise sensitive individuals
disclaimers: •Ocean conditions may limit the time that we are out in the Ocean. The captain will determine if it is safe to be in the Ocean during your trip. If they decide to not go into the Ocean you will have an extended run up the ICW into North Carolina where you will still get plenty of speed and excitement

•Weather cancellations will be made with as much notice as possible. However, there will be times that we take the boat out and have to return early due to dangerous weather. If this happens all passengers will be issued a rain check to ride another day. There are no refunds for weather cancellations made after the boat has left the dock.
faqs: 1. Is this boat tour safe for children?
•Yes, the tour is safe for all ages.

1. Will we get wet during the ride?
   •You may get some spray off the front of the boat, but typically you will stay pretty dry during the speed boat ride.

2. How fast does the boat go?
   •The boat is powered by twin mercruiser high performance racing engines. It is a fast ride. Actually speed will vary based on the sea conditions that day. It is at the captains discretion what speed they feel is safe to operate the boat during your tour.

3. How many people can go on the speed boat ride at once?
   •The boat has a max capacity of 6 passengers plus your captain which is provided.

4. Can we bring a cooler on board?
   •Yes a small soft sided cooler is aloud on the boat, but it must be able to be held in your lap or on the floor below your feet. No hard liquor, or glass is allowed during the trip
