This condo is personally owned, I take care of it and manage it. It's not managed by a generic rental company who doesn't care about it's upkeep. It's also not a generic timeshare looking for occupancy in unsold weeks like 99% of the other condos you'll find out here. I want my place to feel like a home away from home for your beach vacation, not just 4 walls full of ugly hotel quality finishings. This 1500 square feet condo stands out from the rest! And it was just modernized in December!

We're directly on the Boardwalk in Myrtle Beach, a prime location for visitors. Just walk to Skywheel, RipTydz, Pier 14, Banditos, etc! As well as many other magnificant food options and attractions on the grandiose strand. Located in a great location for family activities and fun. Walking distance to countless activities, parks, mini-golf adventures, bars, arcades and eateries.

This on the beach property is comfortably furnished and was newly refreshed. The vistas from the balcony are spectacular, many times you can see dolphins swimming right from the living room. You’re literally on the beach.

This property has a 3 nighttime minimum duration, however if you see an overnight available between reservations that you'd like to take please send me a note! The system may not take your reservation but I will modify the policy so you can book!
