The Neighborhood:

The ideal location of BlueWater Resort provides fast access to the airport, fresh dining establishments, retail stores, and movie theaters at Market Commons. There are numerous different eateries in the area for you to pick from, such as Crow's Nest Oceanfront Bar & Grille, E-Noodle, and Compass Rose Restaurant. You will find tons of options close to the resort, whether you're in the mood for a delectable dinner or some entertainment.



Getting Around:

I strongly advise using ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft. Turo is another option if you're looking to rent a car.

Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that smoking is only allowed in certain parts of the resort; this room is not a smoke-only location. Please respect these areas that have been designated for smoking.



It's critical to keep in mind that this condo is not a hotel room but rather privately held property. We kindly request that you handle it with the same consideration and decency as you would your own home. Please be advised that although we will try our best to assist you with any problems that may come up while you are here, there isn't always staff on site.



Please Note: The pool that is partially indoors and partially outdoors is currently closed for maintenance. Also, Spa Villa is closed. However, there are multiple other pools available throughout the resort for guests to appreciate. To enhance your experience, the oceanfront pool is currently heated while the indoor/outdoor pool remains closed.



NOTE: Indoor pool is closed until further notice



Area Closure: From the Tiki Bar to the fence (including the smoking area) will be roped off all next week. During this period the regular smoke area (gazebo) will be closed. The white gravel area outside the maintenance compound where the golf cart usually parks (next to Grandiose Atlantic) will be the temporary replacement smoking area.

Beach Access: Thursday and Friday (weather permitting), the area from the exit door on the oceanfront side of the tower to the beach will be closed. Please use the Hurl Rocks Park beach access.

Door Painting - This will start March 2nd (Sequence: Villa II, Villa I, Tower)
