This oceanfront condo is located on the top floor of the Breakers Heaven Tower. It has a private balcony, a completely equipped kitchen, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The condo has two queen beds and a Murphy bed, and sleeps up to six. Linens are supplied. The condo is professionally cleaned to a high standard. The resort has indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, and hot tubs, as well as complimentary onsite parking.

Once you enter the bedroom area, you'll pass through the kitchen and into the living room, which leads to the balcony. The balcony has extraordinary ocean vistas, which are the ideal setting for your morning coffee or evening beverages. The unit has a full kitchen with a full-sized cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator.



Guest Access:

This rental includes the entire space plus access to all of the building's amenities. We want you to feel at home during your stay. Please, don't hesitate to ask if you need anything.



The Neighborhood:

This property is conveniently located just steps from the beach. Appreciate swimming in the pools, walking on the beach, and dining at the on-site eateries. The property is just a short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium, and the IMAX Theatre. Many of the area's trendy attractions, eateries, golf courses, and shopping are also just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft to get around town. There is also Turo, which accepts you to rent a car from a private individual. If you have any questions about getting around town, please feel complimentary to send me a message.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that guests will not be able to use the exercise room or the waterslides at The Cove. This room is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed in designated areas outside. This is a personally owned condo, not a hotel room. Please treat it as you would your own home. If you have any problems, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. There is no one living on-site 24/7, so please contact us if you need anything.
