Step inside this bright and airy space, where huge glass doors fill the room with natural light. The private, direct oceanfront balcony is the ideal spot for your morning coffee, offering gorgeous vistas of the Atlantic Ocean and the resort pool below. In the evening, appreciate the glow of the Myrtle Beach skyline.

This cozy 1-bedroom comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests and is thoughtfully arranged for a calming stay:

THE RESORT
You will have full private access to the entire studio condo, Unit 1234, including the living and sleeping areas, kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony.

Note: The on-site Tiki Bar is excluded from guest access. Some amenities, such as the lazy river and pizzeria, are seasonal and their availability is determined by the resort.

We offer a seamless self-check-in process to give you flexibility and privacy. While we will not be present on-site during your stay, we are always just a message or phone call away. OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
**Rental Agreement:**
To finalize your booking, you must complete our Rental Agreement within one hour of reserving. This includes a mandatory, non-returnable $35 damage protection fee, which covers you for up to $1,000 in accidental damages and means no enormous security deposit is required.

**Starter Supplies:**
We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper products. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

**Beach Gear:**
Please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs for your time on the sand.

**Seasonal Availability:**
Please note that access to some resort amenities, such as the lazy river, hot tubs, and pizzeria, is subject to seasonal operation by the resort.

**Accessibility:**
The condo is a single-level unit located on the 4th floor with convenient elevator access. However, it is not completely ADA-accessible.

** Motorcycles, Trailers, and RVs **
- Per Resort Policy there are no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RVs allowed on the resort property

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason prices are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
Additional Rules
- No Smoking: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. A $250 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.

- No Animals: We appreciate animals, but family pets are not allowed in this unit.

- No Parties or Events: Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 7 AM. Unauthorized events or gatherings will result in immediate removal and additional costs.

- Registered Guests Only: Only guests supplied in the reservation are allowed to stay overnight.

- Respect the Property: Please treat the space as you would your own. Any damaged or missing items will be reported and charged accordingly.

- Towels & Linens: Do not take indoor towels or linens to the beach or pool.

- Trash Removal: Please take out all trash before check-out and place it in the designated trash chute or bin.

- Please return parking pass and wristbands to the room to avoid any additional costs.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-returnable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-complimentary stay for everybody.
