Peppertree By the Sea places you in this striking area and puts you within close proximity to all of the treasures of North Myrtle Beach and the Grandiose Strand. This oceanfront, family-friendly property features private beach access, accepting you to take in the beauty of the white sandy beaches just steps from your vacation home.
The Space:
Peppertree has finished most of the 1st phrase of their construction. The exterior stairwells and balcony/walkway projects are finished. The front area which will hold our new office is on hold until land surveys are finished and approved by the City of NMB. This will be an ongoing project until December 31st, 2024.
About the Area
Downtown Myrtle Beach, a neighborhood in Myrtle Beach, is home to this condo. Broadway at the Beach and Coastal Grand Mall are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's popular attractions can visit Family Kingdom Amusement Park and SkyWheel Myrtle Beach.
