Beautiful, Warm and comfortable condo. Very bright and full of light. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club ground, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions.

*Kitchen is entirely equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied)

*Condo sleeps up to 4 guests.

*PET OWNERS: Only completely trained family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved by host. Please contact me for details.



The Space:

*1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Very cozy condo. Bedroom

*1 Queen bed and 1 pullout couch in the living room.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Kitchen is fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not supplied) .

*Dining area open to living room.

*Sheets and linens included.

*Free WiFi and cable TV.

*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.

*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are supplied for showers only.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place.

*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (4 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.

*Parking is complimentary.

* motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.



The Neighborhood:

Spectacular peaceful neighborhood, just a mile inland near the heart of Myrtle Beach, positioned around the golf course of Myrtlewood golf club. This location featured with BBQ areas, walking trails, beautiful landscaping. Only few mins. away from the beach, Broadway at the Beach, the mall, airport, convention center, wax museum, tons of eateries, outlets and nighttime clubs.

10 mins. from airport, 5 mins. from Broadway at the beach, 5 mins. from the beach, 15 mins. from Market Commons, 1 minuet From golf course.

Other Things to Note:

*Charging electrical cars is not allowed.

*Pool key is photographed before each stay. (pool closes on September 1st)

*Please review my home rules.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.

*Motorcycles/trailers are Not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper included, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are supplied (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)

Interaction with Guests:

Please communicate through the site or app only. I recommend that you download the Airbnb app for easier communication. You can call or text to the private number only in case of urgency.
