With everything you need (and more!) appreciate days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

As part of your reservation, you’ll savor access to a full breakfast buffet at Magnolia’s at 26th, just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy complimentary Blockbuster units during your stay.

All Oceana Resorts guests are included with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one complimentary ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the complimentary tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites. Kids's activities are available each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, and pool games! Snowbird activities are available each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, and Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets!

Things to Know
The spa / hot tub are undergoing a replacement project to install a brand-new 10-seat spa/hot-tub. In order for this upgrade to be finished on time, the spa/hot-tub area will be closed and unavailable for usage until the beginning of 2025. Guests are encouraged to use Bluegreen Resort’s spa/hot-tub complimentary of charge during this upgrade.**** Bluegreen Resort (Carolina Grandiose) is located across the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if allowed.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furnishings, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Myrtle Beach. Reserve your vacation in Spring or Fall to enjoy warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities.
• Book your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Property managers typically offer renters an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel stay or additional gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
