Property maintenance is overseen and controlled by the resort, therefore any issues regarding property maintenance or upkeep are their responsibility. Refunds in full or in part are not available for any reason, so travel insurance is strongly recommended. In the unlikely event of a resort closure, guests will receive any available vacation credit.
