Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is located on the Intracoastal Waterway in the Riverwalk Community. It is a corner unit and has a furnished private balcony overlooking the handsome view of the Intracoastal. This complex is located on Arrowhead Golf Course, and within a 10 min. drive to the MYR International Airport, Market Commons, and all of Myrtle Beach's attractions. It is only 7 miles from the gorgeous beaches. The Riverwalk Community offers a exercise center, heated indoor pool and outdoor pool.

Riverwalk 304-706 is attractively decorated and offers a bright and airy open concept living area. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating (4 recliners), and a sizable flat 50" screen TV. The master bedroom offers a King size bed, 43" flat screen TV, balcony access, a walk in closet, and a private bathroom. The guestroom also offers a Queen Size bed and a 32" flat screen TV. The second restroom is accessible by the hallway and the guestroom. Also for your convenience, there is a well-equipped kitchen and washer and dryer inside the condo. Includes WIFI!

Guests of Riverwalk receive two parking passes. This condo is non-smoking.

About the Area

Located in Myrtle Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and on the waterfront. Coastal Grand Mall and Broadway at the Beach are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach Beaches and Myrtle Beach State Park.
