All Adult Parties: Must be 25 years or older.
$100 Refundable Security Deposit.
Ocean Lakes Car Pass:
Required for all cars ($15.00/day per car, 2025 pricing).
Passes must be called in by the homeowner and will be mailed directly to you.

Rental Includes: Departure Cleaning, Bed, Bath & Kitchen Linen Departure cleaning service

Beach towels and paper products are not supplied.
