We just installed a brand new kitchen and replaced all the floors in December/2021. We purchased this three bedroom home with a screened in porch, two full bathrooms and outdoor shower for after the beach. The home is located inside the gated beach community of Oceanside Village. Wifi is available. All the bedrooms and the living room have TV's with cable. We also have three other homes to rent on the same block! See Vacation Rental By Owner listings # 2107790, 7293397 and 9381609. Ask about multiple home discounts. All our homes come with a golf cart and includes cleaning and all linens and beach chairs. The indoor pool and dog park is 100 yards away. The outdoor pools are 300 yards away and the beach is a 1 min. golf cart ride away to the private beach parking. Come appreciate the sunshine !

Our top Myrtle Beach rental property booking tips and tricks:
Finding the best value:
- Book your vacation rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
- Booking your vacation home in Spring or Fall is a good way to save money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of acceptable homes. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the high season. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Myrtle Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with friends and family at your favorite beach.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager or host whether your group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
- Property management companies usually offer guests an option to obtain vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which usually will cost 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed days as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unanticipated hotel stay or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask the property owner for specifics.
- Find a copy of your local Myrtle Beach area magazine upon arrival. If your rental property doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers. In addition to great information, visitors guides contain money saving offers on local shops and restaurants.
Narrow your rental Search:
- Choose your vacation week and max budget.
- Decide how many bedrooms and the bed configuration your family requires. 3 BEDROOM BEACH HOUSE WITH GOLF CART! has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
- Specific details about bedrooms and bed counts is regularly available on booking websites. If you don't see them listed, email the host before you reserve the rental. Note that most properties list the maximum guest capacity, which typically includes sofa beds and bunks. You'll need to determine what configuration is optimal for your vacation.
- Some properties allow pets, and others don't. Allowable types of family pet, size and breeds may be restricted, and additional fees may apply. Ask the property management company about allowable pet guidelines before booking.
- Is your family looking for specific amenities? Most rental websites include amenity lists and search filters. Amenity filters help you quickly remove less-optimal properties.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. .
More tips for your visit:
- Take a copy of the owner's contact number and entry/exit procedures for your .
- Property managers are there to help! Feel free to ask any questions during your stay.
- Lock your rental while you're out. Keep your property safe!
- Upon arrival, make note of any issues with the property and immediately contact the owner. Keep records of all coorespondence.
- Respect your neighbors. Often times, surrounding homes are filled by permanent residents. Respecting late-night noise limits and parking regulations can make a stay significantly more pleasurable.
- Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Neighbors can typically help. Who better to ask where to book the best tours, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for fishing?
- Double-check the property to make sure that you've packed everything at check-out. Check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Record a video to document the condition of the property.
- Did your family have a excellent time? Most rental websites make it easy for guests to provide comments. If your rental and/or host was wonderful, they always love to hear your praise. If anything was defective and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
