TRIP CANCELLATION:
As a business, we cannot offer an unconditional full refund right up to your day of check-in, BUT, we know some folks who will. If you book with us simply call a travel insurance company like Squaremouth and purchase a policy. They have multiple economical policies to cover your every need.
FROM THEIR WEB SITE:
“Trip Cancellation:
Travelers with prepaid and non-returnable trip payments can insure their expenses with Trip Cancellation. This benefit provides 100% trip cost protection.“

Young Groups (less than 25 years old):
Regrettably we are no longer renting to young groups. This statement prevails over any other information you may find on this or any other site.

Myrtle Beach Villas II is the only property in central Myrtle Beach catering to bigger groups (more than 4 bedrooms) at anywhere close to this price point when considering a per person vacation rate. Despite the great value we strive to create an exceptional experience for our guests by including contents and service that most, if not all, the other villas cannot match. For example, a game room, bespoke granite or glass banquet table, blackout curtains, patio swings and hammocks, and, very importantly an additional level of checking to prepare the villa for your arrival.
