We take our guest`s security and privacy very seriously, and for that reason, please be advised that your Booking Reservation may be canceled without notice if,
1. The primary renter`s name doesn`t match the account holder`s name.
2. The account holder`s name doesn`t match the name on the credit card used.
3. Government issued ID is not supplied right after the final payment.
4. Guests must be at least 35 years of age to book.
Note: There is a video doorbell outside by the front door(outdoor coverage), and it is only used for security purposes.

The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age of 35 requirement.
