When operating the golf cart, all users are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Ocean Lakes. Golf cart drivers must be 21 to operate with a valid drivers license.

We rent to families. You must be at least 25 years or older to rent the property. No one under the age 25 may be able to rent the property and the renter over 25 must occupy the rental the entire stay.

***Guests are aware that Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day for your car (if you complete the express check-in form, if you do not choose to do express check-in or there is simply not enough time for the owner to send the express check-in information, Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day for your car) to be inside the gates.*** This goes towards 24 hour gated security, unlimited access to the waterpark and beach!
