Recently refreshed with new floor on the right side of the home and new beds! This comfortable little beach bungalow located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground is just a short walk to the beach. 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with one queen and 2 twins. Home will sleep 4 people comfortably! You will be sure to adore the beachy theme throughout! Sit back and relax on the the NEW SOFAS and OVERSIZED CHAIR and appreciate the open floor plan to the kitchen. The private main bedroom will be sure to please with private ensuite. Bring the kids along and they'll be sure to savor the WiFi and cable TV! Don't forget the outdoor shower with its personal water heater outside, making it painless to get the sand off as you've been out on the beach all day! Home has a completely equipped kitchen and a dining area for 4. Home also comes with a complimentary golf cart for you to be able to enjoy all that Ocean Lakes has to offer! ***Golf cart is complimentary and not a guarantee. NO refund will be given if golf-cart breaks down during your stay. Efforts will be made to resolve the issue but golf-cart is complimentary.

All guest are responsible for cleaning the home before departure. The home is equipped with ALL THE CLEANING SUPPLIES. NO FAMILY PETS. ***If home is found not to have been cleaned the security deposit will be forfeited*** Report any damages immediately to avoid losing any of your security deposit.

When operating the golf cart, all users are required to abide by the rules and regulations of Ocean Lakes. Golf cart drivers must be 21 to operate with a valid drivers license.

We rent to families. You must be at least 25 years or older to rent the property. No one under the age 25 may be able to rent the property and the renter over 25 must occupy the rental the entire stay.

***Guests are aware that Ocean Lakes charges $12 per day for your car (if you complete the express check-in form, if you do not choose to do express check-in or there is simply not enough time for the owner to send the express check-in information, Ocean Lakes charges $15 per day for your car) to be inside the gates.*** This goes towards 24 hour gated security, unlimited access to the waterpark and beach! There are many great amenities that Ocean Lakes has to offer such as indoor/outdoor pool, waterpark, lazy river, arcade, snack bar, campground store, mini putt putt, and an arcade!
