The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, blackout curtains, a TV with a Roku and sliding glass doors leading to a balcony overlooking the serene Singleton Swash. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a intelligent TV. The living room has a queen size bed in the pullout couch. This condo includes a full kitchen with a convection and air fryer oven, central air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in the hallway closet.
