Hello! We are new to Vacation Rental By Owner this season, but we are not new to renting our calming beach condo at South Myrtle Beach. Casita del Mar is a 9th floor refreshed true 1 bedroom, 1 bath, 756 sf condo located right on the ocean in South Myrtle Beach. The sizable private bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The living area has a full-size couch bed and a full-size Murphy bed. There is sleeping room for 8 people. We are mins. from most every attraction in Myrtle Beach, in a family friendly part of the beach.

There are both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, along with an indoor lazy river and kid's splash pool. We have a private parking deck, full-size kitchen, washer/dryer in unit, and a handsome view of the sea. Just an elevator ride down the sand. You are able to use the amenities/pools in our building, and in our sister building right next door where you check in.

Private parking deck for your car is on-premises beneath our building. We also have a modest food mart right across the street, A Wal-mart grocery store 1 block away, and a number of dining options within walking distance. Also, walk to the pier right outside our building.

Broadway at the Beach and The Market Common are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Myrtle Beach State Park and Garden City Beach. Family Kingdom Amusement Park and Ripley's Aquarium are not to be missed.

Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationers will be thankful you shared your feedback find their best vacation home. Remember to be objective.
