The search for your next vacation stops here! Check out this 15th floor oceanfront studio apartment at The Palace Resort in Myrtle Beach. This oceanfront condo is completely furnished with 1 queen size bed,1 queen-size sleeper couch, and will comfortably accommodate 4 guests. This unique layout offers ample living space for our guests. Other units at the resort are much smaller, but this layout features an open floor plan and doesn't feel cramped. This studio offers impressive vistas of the Atlantic Ocean!
This unit has been completely modernized and features some of the most striking updates as of April 2024! These include new paint throughout, removal of the popcorn ceilings, new LVP floor, gorgeous rock accent wall with LED fireplace, freshly refaced cabinets, new granite countertops, bespoke backsplash, all new stainless steel appliances, shiplap bar wall, brand new bathroom vanity, new light fixtures, and new furnishings and decor! Everything is practically new! This unit feels so nice and clean and will be ready for your next vacation to Myrtle Beach!
The kitchen is very cavernous and is one of the features that separates the Palace from many other resorts and units. Very few studios offer an upsized kitchen like this condo and other units here at the Palace. This listing also features a full-size stainless-steel dishwasher, refrigerator, mounted microwave, stove and oven, as well as modest appliances like a coffee maker and toaster. We provide all basic cookware, silverware, dishes and silver, glassware, and everything you will need to prepare a full meal for the family.
The living area is the most comfortable area of the apartment. Guests can relax on the couch and appreciate countless oceanfront vistas! The couch converts to a queen-size bed. Guests will be able to sit at the counter using the bar stools and savor a meal or a cup of coffee. This space also features a queen size bed, coffee table, accent chairs, rock accent wall with LED fireplace, wall mounted TV, and access to the private oceanfront balcony. Many guests have spotted dolphins from the balcony, and the sunrise and sunsets are charming.
The full-size bathroom is located just when you walk through the main door. The bathroom features a standard shower/tub, toilet, and vanity. The bathroom is brand new as of April 2024!
Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, linens, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper and paper towels.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and Wi-Fi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and linens. We really want to make your experience with us as economical as possible! Unlike many properties managed by other companies and homeowners, we can accommodate daily housekeeping and mid staying cleaning requests for a modest fee.
The Palace is a 23-story complex located on South Ocean Blvd in Myrtle Beach, SC. This resort is only 1 mile from the MYR International Airport and the Coastal Grandiose Mall. A Walmart just opened around the corner in 2020, and there are plenty of dining options close by. Our guests appreciate the location and proximity to the attractions, shopping, dining, theaters, mini golf, go karts, golfing, fishing, and so much more! Our guests also have access to complimentary parking and beach access.
We are confident that you are going to adore this rental and the location. It is really one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest. See you soon!
****** Please note that affective from now 10/02 through further notice the modest indoor spa is closed for renovations, but the pools are open! *********

Getting the best Myrtle Beach vacation rental experience:
Find your perfect vacation home:
- To find the best value, consider changing your family's Myrtle Beach vacation dates to the Spring or Fall months. May, September, and October offer pleasant temperatures, fewer crowds, and reduced traffic. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months.
- The earlier your group can reserve a vacation home, the better your selection will be. The most desirable properties are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six - twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and reserve your vacation rental.
- Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner if your group qualifies for a special rate.
- Booking websites typically offer renters an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as ensuing additional hurricane evacuation costs or charges, such as an unexpected hotel or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance might be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
- Many rental management companies and vacation rental houses supply Myrtle Beach area travel guides that include coupons, either offered directly by local businesses, or through a relationship between the rental management company and the business itself. You can also find visitors guide and coupon books at local gas stations and shopping centers.
Choosing and booking your Myrtle Beach vacation home:
- Select a group lead, select your vacation week, and choose a spending budget.
- Note the number bedrooms and the bed configuration your group requires. Beautifully Renovated Condo- LED Fireplace and more- Palace 1503 has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Myrtle Beach rentals search.
- Specific information about bedrooms and bed sizes & counts is regularly accessible on booking websites. If they are not listed, reach out to the host before you book the rental. Note that most properties list the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull out couches in living rooms. You'll need to determine which bed configuration is best for your group.
- Are you visiting for a single event? Try a map search to locate nearby rentals.
- Proper accessibility can make or ruin a vacation for guests with disabilities. Confirm all necessary amenities are available and included before reserving a rental.
- Traveling with pets? Although a number of vacation homes allow pets or animals, guidelines and costs vary per property. Type of pet, size and breeds may be limited. Make sure to ask before booking, and study your rental agreement! Extra fees or charges applied to your contract.
More considerations:
- Take a copy of the owner's phone number and entry/exit procedures for your rental property. We recommend storing the manager's information in your smartphone.
- Upon check-in, document any damages to the property and immediately alert the owner. Record all coorespondence.
- Hosts are there to help! Feel free to ask questions during your stay.
- Be a good neighbor! You wouldn't like troublesome vacationers disrupting your peaceful neighborhood. Employ the golden rule for common sense. If they like you, locals might even recommend great restaurants and places you would have not otherwise known!
- Don't forget to... Ask a local resident! Local residents can frequently help. Who better to ask where to get the best breakfast in town, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for bird watching?
- Ensure you protect the owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property while you are out, just like you would at home.
- Re-check the rental property to confirm that you've packed all belongings on check-out day. Re-check dressers, closets, and bathrooms for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
- Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
- Did you have a wonderful time? Most rental home management companies make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was great, they will likely appreciate your kind words. If anything was inoperable and they failed to correct it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't described correctly, you'll want to make it a point as part of your review.
