2nd floor (must climb stairs) Sensational, comfortable and roomy condo. 2 bedrooms 2 baths. located in the heart of Myrtle Beach, constructed around the Myrtlewood Golf Club, just off the bypass, minuets from the beach and all main attractions. Entirely outfitted kitchen, sleeps 6, handsome golf ground view.
*PET OWNERS: family pets are allowed with a pet fee but must be pre-approved, please contact me for details.

The Space:
2 bedrooms, 2 baths, Cozy and clean condo, 1 king bed, 2 single beds, 1 queen pullout couch in the living room. washer/dryer in the condo. Wi-Fi and cable TV available. golf ground view from the balcony.
*Family Animals are allowed with a pet fee. please don't forget to mention if you're bringing any pets with you.
*Beach items are not supplied due to damage/loss of these items.
*Towels are included for showers only.

Guest Access:
The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.
*Access the pool with wristbands and pool fob (6 wristbands and 1 pool fob are placed in the kitchen drawer) All wristbands and fob must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband and $100 for pool fob.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*washer and dryer available in the unit.
*Parking is complimentary. motorbikes and trailers are not allowed on premises.
*Simple access to both Hwy 17.

Friendly neighborhood, High maintained, constructed around Myrtlewood Golf Club, Walking and cycling trails, outdoor pool.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Due to the fact that some guests have allergies, Pets are not allowed on beds and furnishings and must be caged when you're not home. In case of finding any evidence that pets were on the beds, blankets or furnishings, the guests will be charged for additional cleaning fee.
*NO mailbox for this location. Guest is responsible for any mail or packages delivery.
*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper supplied, guests should bring their own extras.
*Bed sheets are supplied (one set per bed)
*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

• June, July, and August are high season in Myrtle Beach. Booking in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your rental home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of desirable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the high season.
• The sooner your group can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The best properties are booked early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and reserve your rental.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property owner whether your group qualifies for a special rate.
